Silver Circle

Shall be based on the following criteria:

• Honesty, decency and financial integrity in money matters.
• Ambition and personal endeavor to achieve common goals.
• Positive, open and amicable attitude to partners.
• Discipline, personal and professional development.
• Commitment to common business and loyalty to the Corporation and Board members.
• Qualification: Area Manager or higher.
• Active participation in all of the Corporation's anniversaries, including investment vacations.
• Active participation in corporate city and regional events, including cities and towns without their own teams (more than 6 events yearly including at least 2 in another structure).
• Active participation in training of all Intway partners in the corporate conference hall (holding not less than 6 conferences a year).
• Personal management or active support of Intway clubs in their cities and towns.
