Gold Circle

Shall be based on the following criteria:

• Honesty, decency and financial integrity.
• Ambition and personal endeavor to achieve common goals.
• Positive, open and amicable attitude to partners.
• Discipline, personal and professional development.
• Commitment to common business and loyalty to the Corporation and Board members.
• Qualification: Country Manager or higher.
• Master of the League of Golden Collars.
• Active participation in all of the Corporation's anniversary events, including investment vacations.
• Active participation in corporate city and regional events, including cities and towns without their own teams (more than 12 events yearly, including at least 3 in another structure).
• Active participation in training of all Intway partners in the corporate conference hall (holding not less than 12 conferences a year).
• Personal management or active support of Intway clubs in their cities and towns.

Privileges of Gold Board Circle Members:

• Personal and professional interaction with Platinum Circle and Board members.
• Extraordinary solution of all business issues with corporate services.
• Opening of personal accounts with Gold status cards at the Corporation's partner banks.
• A gift package of 25,000 options.
• 25% discount for the traditional annual investment field training.

In future, the Gold Board Circle team shall be formed only from Silver Circle members, provided that all the above-mentioned criteria are met.
